To Add Tracking to Orders That Were Shipped Outside of Logicbroker
- Enter in the PO number in the search bar and click Search.
- Click on View next to the Order status Ready to Ship.
- Click Ship on the top right of the screen.
- Enter in Ship From address (or use Address Book)
- From the Packages drop down, choose another system (manual entry)
- Confirm the items on the box (it pre-populates with what was ordered, but you can remove items if you need to).
- Enter in dimensions and weight for the box.
- These do not have to be real dimensions - the value 1 can be entered.
- Use only one box to ship the items - you do not have to add additional boxes or pallets.
- Under Carrier, select the carrier used from the drop down menu.
- Enter in the Tracking Number. (See notes below on how to format tracking)
- After the dimensions, Carrier, and Tracking Number are entered, click Submit (on the top right corner of the page).
How to Format Tracking Numbers

- FedEx tracking numbers should have a series of 12-20 digits. There are no letters or any special characters with FedEx Small Parcel tracking numbers.
- R&L Carrier tracking numbers should have a capital I (“eye”) followed by 9 digits. There should be no spaces, dashes, or other special characters.
