To Ship Parcel, generating a label in the Portal:
- In Logicbroker, enter in the PO number in the search bar at the top right on the screen and click Search.
- Click on “View” next to the Order status Ready to Ship.

- Click Ship on the top right of the screen.
- Include a ship-from address or chose from the address book. (state and country code must be only 2 characters).
- In the “General Information” section at the top right, please use the date selector and chose the pick-up date that the carrier will arrive to pick up the shipment. (Pro tip - If you do not have a daily pick up with our parcel carrier then you will have to drop it off or call to schedule a pickup from your facility.)
- In the “Packages” sub menu. Click the arrow to the right of the "Create tracking labels using" and chose "the merchant's account (BBQGuys)".
- Please enter box dimensions for the box using the actual length, width, height, and weight of the box(s). (Pro-tip - This is required!)
- Confirm the items on the box (the items pre-populate, but you can edit if you need to).
- If more than 1 box is required, navigate to the “Packages” sub menu and click "Add Box".
- For the any new boxes, please remember to click “Add Item” and the quantity of the item you are shipping.
- If successful, the Fed-Ex shipping label(s) will appear to download or print.
To Ship Freight, scheduling with Convey:
- In Logicbroker, enter in the PO number in the search bar at the top right on the screen and click Search.
- Click on View next to the Order status Ready to Ship.
- Click Ship on the top right of the screen.
- Include a ship-from address or chose from the address book. (state and country code must be only 2 characters).
- In the “General Information” section at the top right, please use the date selector and chose the pick-up date
that the carrier will arrive to pick up the shipment. - From the Packages drop down, choose another system (manual entry)
- Leave the Carrier BLANK (it will show the word Select…)
- Enter in dimensions and weight for the pallet.
- Confirm the items on the pallet (it pre-populates with what was ordered, but you can edit if you need to).
- If shipping multiple pallets, click Remove to remove the item from the first pallet and click Add Pallet to add an additional one.
- Enter in dimensions and weight of the second pallet.
- When shipping multiple freight items, enter in the appropriate Freight Class Override, located under the item in the Shipment Items tab. Review the Freight Class Overrides document located in the BBQGuys Help Center here.
- After all pallets are added, dimensions are entered, and freight class override are entered (if applicable), click Submit (on the top right corner of the page). Wait 10 seconds, and the BOL information (the Tracking URL) will appear on the right side of the screen under the General Information tab. Click the link to download the BOL.
