All orders from BBQGuys will reach vendors requesting a type of shipping (generally Freight or FedEx). However, in the event that an order contains items that are located in multiple warehouses, and the shipping method needs to be different than what was requested on the order, additional steps must be taken to fulfill the order.

1. Fulfill freight items as you usually would (see steps 2 or 4 in the linked article above)
2. Create a shipping label for the parcel items outside of Logicbroker (using the BBQGuys 3rd party account number - request this from BBQGuys if not available)
3. Create another shipment for remaining items in Logicbroker using the information from the shipping label (steps 2 and 3 on this page are a summary of step 3 on the linked article)
Once all of the items on the order have been accounted for on shipments, the order will be complete upon invoicing.
